Eating at home eliminates the risk of experiencing allergies to food and additives. You can eat anything that you want to your heart’s content. You don’t have to feel guilty about eating some junk food. You can eat as much as you want to your heart’s content and you won’t become too full. You will always be full at a healthy level.

It is important to consume lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. It is recommended that a person eat two servings of lean protein each day. These foods should be animal sources such as poultry, fish, beef, lamb, and cheese. A large serving of animal protein is equivalent to one pound of lean meat.
